Precision Garage Door business was recommended to me back in March 2025 when I needed repair. The issues were fixed and the technician was very polite and informative. The other day the neighborhood where I live had a power outage for several hours . The garage door was not working so I called the representative at the business and they gave me an appointment the next day . This time it was another technician and he was very informative about the issue and fixed it. The warranty was still good so no out of pocket expense for me. Thank you for great service and the technicians that represent your company.

Met with Luke and explained we had a split hinge. Like did a thorough review of all the door components and found an additional slightly split hinges had that may last a bit. He also observed the door rollers were wearing down, so we had them replaced along with and the damaged hinges. Quality workmanship, good conversation. The young men arrived at the time I was given. Luis was extremely polite. Once he checked the garage door opener he gave me 3 alternatives including the replacement of the garage door opener.
