Needed repair Sunday afternoon, called and phone representative was pleasant and scheduled technician. Technician responded quickly and was able to diagnose the problems with my garage door opener. Wow! What service. We discovered a serious problem with out garage door openers in the evening and after searching for a repair outfit I found Precision and saw their five star rating. My sister & I inherited my parents house & my mom used precision so I called precision when the door wouldn't open. It turned out to be a little pricier than I'd hoped, but I'm very happy with the results. I broke the manual opener so he had to fix that & it needed a new belt. We choose to replace the motor & belt assembly as the most cost effective long term option. The technician was polite, hardworking, respectful & cheerful. He did provide several options, some a lot cheaper, some a little more. He was very patient while I called my sister & we discussed the options. The new assembly is so quiet & looks all new & shiny. I love it. The technician, Chris, did a beautiful job & left no mess for me to clean up. Oh, I almost forgot - I called them at 2:30, they said he would be there between 4 & 8. He got there at 4:00. Can't beat same day service.

Precision Garage Door business was recommended to me back in March 2025 when I needed repair. The issues were fixed and the technician was very polite and informative. The other day the neighborhood where I live had a power outage for several hours . The garage door was not working so I called the representative at the business and they gave me an appointment the next day . This time it was another technician and he was very informative about the issue and fixed it. The warranty was still good so no out of pocket expense for me.
