Four years ago we had Precision Garage Door replace the motor and install a belt drive on our garage door. Absolutely no problems until two days ago. The garage door would not open. My wife called Precision for a technician to respond. We were given a four hour window on response. Thirty minutes later the technician arrived. Somehow the garage door motor had a glitch and reset the perimeters for one foot, open and close. The technician reprogrammed the motor and made sure all of our controls worked to open and close the door. The technician was pleasant to deal with and very professional. The motor was still under warranty and there was no charge. The customer service was exceptional.

The technician was very knowledgeable and able to fine the problem quickly. He was nice, friendly and address all of my issues. He installed a new opener in less then two hours and I feel confident that I will have a reliable system for tears to come.

I could not close my garage door because one roller was off the tracks. I went online at 10PM and made an appointment for the next day. They came on-time and fixed the door. The technician was very pleasant and knew right away how to fix it.
