Arrived the same day I called for a repair. Technician Adam Miechle was very knowledgeable and identified a separate issue with my door that he was able to correct that day with all parts "on the truck". Door operates perfectly now and is quieter than ever!.

My electric garage door would only go down halfway. I called Precision and the young lady that took my call was so helpful she got me scheduled in today That already qualified for 5 stars. Jackson the tech called me to tell me he was on the way . Jackson arrived on time and took a look and explained what was wrong and then he fixed it! There is another 5 stars... I would highly recommend Precision and Jackson..He answered all my questions and had it up and running in about an hour. Thank you so much!

I called them in the morning, and the technician was here at shortly after 1:00 PM. He made sure I knew what needed to be done and told me exactly what it would cost before proceeding.
