James and his assistant were friendly, courteous and professional. They remedied issues neglected by another door company and gave clear explanations of all of our repair or replace options. We appreciate that they came prepared with a well-stocked truck and can diagnose and repair any problem quickly. Invoicing was clearly itemized and indicated warranty terms. The tech that came out was knowledgeable and polite but I was very specific about what I needed and that we weren't replacing an opener but installing the first one. I was told over the phone the price installed and I could use the coupon I had. Upon arrival, the tech said he would install what I was told over the phone (1/2hp opener) but It wouldn't last the year and the second car remote was an extra $48 and the bracing was another $5 and there was a trip charge of $20. I was never told there would be a trip charge and it makes no sense since he was coming to do a estimate. There isn't any charge if I say no...why should there be one if I say yes! So I did. The excuse was the people on the phone don't know a lot and you really are a repair company. Then they should. Felt like it was a bait and switch. If not your phone staff need to be better trained.

While waiting to see which direction Hurricane Dorian was deciding on, the springs for my garage door broke. Called Precision on Tues. 9/3 at 9 am for a technician. Arnold Simpson arrived, from New Port Richey, by 11:00 and gave me several options for springs. After he completed replacing the springs, he noticed that my wooden door, circa 1975, was bowing in the middle and suggested a new door. His concern that the door would collapse on my car (or me) was very sincere. Because of Arnold's professionalism, courtesy and respectfulness, I received a new door, on my birthday, on 9/5. Arnold could have walked away without a word about the rotting door, but he didn't. Precision came into my life about 3 years ago when I had to have the motor replaced and they will be the only company I call in the future. They go the extra mile for their customers and I feel really blessed that they did that for me. I have referred them to friends in the past and I will continue doing so.
