From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution within my budget. He took the time to explain everything, taught me how to properly maintain my garage door, and even gave me a maintenance spray as a thoughtful bonus. I originally planned to replace just one spring, but the technician Zack took the time to walk me through my options and helped me find a repair package that provided the best value without any pressure. His honesty and willingness to help really stood out. On top of the excellent service, we had a great conversation reminiscing about the past and sharing childhood memories, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I had a problem opening my garage door. I thought it was the remote opener, and I bought a new one. That didn’t solve the problem. I called a company that said it would cost me $225 to try to get the door open.. and that they would have to cut the chain of the unit. Of course I would have to purchase another motor. I came across your company and called. The technician was knowledgeable about the system and he found that it was an electrical problem. He was here quickly and did an excellent job of explaining the problem to me! I will continue to work with your company for any future issues!!

One of my torsion springs had broken and the door wouldn't open. Nelson came out, a little late, but well within the arranged appointment time frame. He was very interested in making sure I understood the issue, what my options were and the costs. He took care of the problem and replaced some other sub-standard parts in the process. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, but the door has never been quieter than it is now.
