I had a problem opening my garage door. I thought it was the remote opener, and I bought a new one. That didn’t solve the problem. I called a company that said it would cost me $225 to try to get the door open.. and that they would have to cut the chain of the unit. Of course I would have to purchase another motor. I came across your company and called. The technician was knowledgeable about the system and he found that it was an electrical problem. He was here quickly and did an excellent job of explaining the problem to me! I will continue to work with your company for any future issues!!

Nelson called me back made the appointment, he came to the house assesed the problem made some suggestions for the repair. We talked it over agreed on a plan. He was in and out in an hour. One of my torsion springs had broken and the door wouldn't open. Nelson came out, a little late, but well within the arranged appointment time frame. He was very interested in making sure I understood the issue, what my options were and the costs. He took care of the problem and replaced some other sub-standard parts in the process. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, but the door has never been quieter than it is now.
