We were really pleased with our technician Jackson Letterman, he was professional and pleasant to work with. We're very please with the installation of the new garage door opener and all new hardware. He even programmed my truck remote, it only took him a few seconds,that would have taken me a lot longer.

During the past eleven years I have used the services of Precision Garage Door Service on two occasions. The first was for preventative maintenance and the second, which was recently, to repair damage. Each time Precision was able to provide same-day service without any additional fee. The technicians were extremely courteous and efficient. In the future I will be using Precision to replace my garage door opener. I have total confidence in this company. My electric garage door would only go down halfway. I called Precision and the young lady that took my call was so helpful she got me scheduled in today That already qualified for 5 stars. Jackson the tech called me to tell me he was on the way . Jackson arrived on time and took a look and explained what was wrong and then he fixed it! There is another 5 stars... I would highly recommend Precision and Jackson..He answered all my questions and had it up and running in about an hour. Thank you so much!
