We had Precision upgrade our motor, spring, rollers etc in 2021. Almost 4 years later and after several hurricanes, we needed them to come out and adjust the spring. The technician, Michel, was prompt and polite. He had it fixed within 45 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that the charge of $259 was zero because this fell under the warranty which I didn't even know we had as part of our purchase. So worth it-professional, reliable, and appts are easy to make.

Our garage door opener stopped working when we came back from visiting our grandchildren, Nothing worked, not the outside keypad, the fobs or even the inside remote. We called Precision and because of the Hurricanes (that's Plural) we had to wait 2 weeks before a technician showed up. The wait did not bother us because we knew they had more extensive issues to deal with. When we had a prior issue they showed up the next day and did a fantastic job which is why we were willing to wait. Fast forward to Wednesday October 16th and Isak Zenzic called to let me know he was on his way. I was at work so my wife dealt with Zenick from the very beginning. Isak investigated the issues and determined that motor was shot, it was the original that was installed in 2007 which amazed him that it worked this long. Anyway Isak presented my wife with 3 options and we chose the one that best suited our needs. He installed the motor in a professional manner and by this time I arrived home. He was SOOOOO patient with two older customers, taking his time, helping us install and then explaining how the app worked. He was kind understanding and gentle, he was just wonderful. Isak is the type of employee you want representing your company. We would recommend Precision and especially Isak for any garage door issues.

I have used Precision Door, in the past. The person up front doing the answering for customer service is very professional, and on top of things. She serves up a great start to the company, as the first line of assistance. The technician, James, came out, listened to my explanation of what I had done, and explained my situation, to him and was very attentive to my issue. He then was very through in explaining what the apparent issues were, what would be in my best interest to do on my own, since I am a do-it-yourselfer, and then explained my options. He also gave me a rundown of costs and what the different parts situations entailed, based on what my choices were going to be. The company is fortunate to have this very nice and experienced young man working for them. Extremely cordial and professional. I was blessed to have him as my tech.... Precision had done excellent work for me before when I lived in Pinellas County. I needed work done in Polk County at my newer home. Precision Service person John Duff laid it all out for me as to what was not done properly when my home was built a few years ago. Typically, someone had cut a lot of corners and now I would pay to fix what had broken. John literally had to rebuild everything but the door to get the right system in place for my large double garage door. It wasn't cheap, but quality never is. But now, I have a modern system, sized correctly to do the job, a wifi equipped Genie professional opener, and a much quieter door. I also have a long-term warranty that I know from experience Precision will honor. I would recommend and use Precision again in a New York minute.

From the adds on TV. I would give you a 5 star rating. The young man who came was very knowledgeable. He gave me several choices to fix the door. When I chose the one, he went right to work and replaced all the parts. The door opens so easy now. He replaced cables, rollers, springs, etc.

I loved that I was able to call and have someone visit that day. The technician was professional and took the time to examine the problem. He confirmed my suspicions and replace the very expensive part. My door opener works great again. However, the part I don't like is that he was upselling me the whole way. When we talked about price, he was pulling prices out of his head, which I found out later, were completely off. Lastly, he signed his invoice "COVID 19" which I felt was inappropriate. The service I was looking for was completed and my door opener works well so I'll probably call you again. Talking to the technician about not upselling me, especially when he doesn't know prices, will go a long way to improving my comfort level in the experience.

We saw your commercial on TV although we didn't need the service right away. When we did, Precision came to mind. Keith was the technician and we were please with his work.
