My garage door broke a few weeks ago. I called in the morning and had a technician at my house within 2hr or maybe less. The technician looked over the damage and gave me a reasonable quote. I even received a military discount which I really appreciate. I'm sorry that I don't remember the technician name but he was great. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use precision again when I upgrade my door motor.

Our garage door stopped working around 2:30PM on a Saturday, called them at 3:00 PM and they were out the same day by 4:30 PM. They were able to fix the door the same day, no service call fee and a free estimate. We decided to go ahead with the repair. Our technician, Bill, was polite and professional.

Precision Garage Door business was recommended to me back in March 2025 when I needed repair. The issues were fixed and the technician was very polite and informative. The other day the neighborhood where I live had a power outage for several hours . The garage door was not working so I called the representative at the business and they gave me an appointment the next day . This time it was another technician and he was very informative about the issue and fixed it. The warranty was still good so no out of pocket expense for me. Met with Luke and explained we had a split hinge. Like did a thorough review of all the door components and found an additional slightly split hinges had that may last a bit. He also observed the door rollers were wearing down, so we had them replaced along with and the damaged hinges. Quality workmanship, good conversation. Your company has replaced two garage doors over the years we have lived here. Workmanship has always been top notch.
