I cannot say enough. Bob and Austin were professional clean and friendly. They replaced the springs cross bar and cables so fast. They were amazing. They even took the time to speak to our special needs daughter who is confined to her bed right now because she just had surgery. Thank you both for your professionalism and for making our girls day. You were a blessing to us.

We have used Precision twice - Matt Lebo on 1/1/13 & Bob Blanchette on 9/30/14 -- they were exceptional -- we wouldn't use any other company. Matt gave his holiday to us, and was still smiling - broken main door spring, car in the garage! Bob came smiling and left smiling, though soaked by the rain. Our garage door now runs perfectly.
