During the last six years I have used Precision Garage Door Service approximately 10 times. Their customer service is A #1. They have always sent someone out to solve my problem the same day I call. All of the servicemen have been very courteous and kind. They are quick to diagnose and fix my garage door and always have the correct parts on their trucks. Our garage door opener broke. The Precision Tech Phillip came out. It was not worth fixing, since it was old. Phillip replaced the opener, the track, gave us two remotes, replaced two opener panels. He was very pleasant and efficient. The price was very reasonable. We are very happy with the product and install.

We had Precision upgrade our motor, spring, rollers etc in 2021. Almost 4 years later and after several hurricanes, we needed them to come out and adjust the spring. The technician, Michel, was prompt and polite. He had it fixed within 45 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised that the charge of $259 was zero because this fell under the warranty which I didn't even know we had as part of our purchase. So worth it-professional, reliable, and appts are easy to make.
