Sean did an amazing job, was knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my 2 springs and 3 bearings in what seemed like no time at all. My only issue was the price. I should have done more research beforehand but what I found was surprising given what I was charged. Quick Google search shows the average for spring and labor is between 150-350 and certainly not the 378 per spring I paid. Additionally, the springs themselves couldn't be more than 100 a piece, so I'm wondering where the rest of my money went to. It certainly doesn't seem like I should be paying near $600 for an hour of labor.

$90.00 for 5 minutes of work and pressing a couple of bottoms "Reprogram Fee" (39.95) after charging fleet Transportation ($20.00), Service Call (29.95). Overpriced services after been told that the service call was going to be $49.95 by the dispatcher. She forgot to tell me that touching a bottom was going to cost me an additional $40.00. Compelled to put Garage Door Opener Repair for service performed for no choice to insert the actual service performed "Reprogram Fee".

My spring was broken. The tech was really nice! However, when I called they gave me an estimate of $65 to $118 and she said the tech would be able to tell me what it would be when he got there. So I was expecting to pay no more than $200.00. When the young man told me it would be $565 I was shocked! He said I needed other things to make it last longer. I didn't get them and it still ended up costing me $256.00 I won't use them again.

Tech was nice and figured out the issue with my door motor pretty quickly. But that’s where the good service ends, sadly. The technician was quick to upsell me over priced goods that aren’t even meant for residential homes, but heavy duty commercial motors. Either I replace my circuit board for the cost of a whole new residential motor or buy a commercial one for an extreme price. There was no in between. This “service” seemed more like a up sale than an actual problem solving and general service visit. Not calling or referring again
