I had a torsion spring break in the middle of the night, and like any southerner, my garage door is my main “front” door! Booked an online appointment for the next day, which was a weekend, and the technician arrived right on time. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable, gave great recommendations, and completed the repair quickly. The whole process was painless, and I will be using this company in the future.

Great communication, courteous team, knowledgeable service. A bit out of my price range so we opted out of the replacement for the garage door opener, but I can understand if you are not a DIYer. Would recommend.

My neighborhood had a Lakeland Electric transformer explode nearby. The inductive kick from that explosion completely fried my garage door opener motor. I called two other companies, and their lead times were unreasonable. I then called Precision Overhead Garage Doors. Service was just a few hours away. Two young technicians came to my aid. They worked tirelessly for a number of hours overcoming technical issues. They departed only after everything was working as designed.

Our home is 9 years old and as with most neighborhood developments, the builder used the lowest bid equipment for our garage door. It quit working with no warning. We shopped around a little bit and decided on precision garage door because they were so thorough in explaining all of our options. It wasn't the least expensive company but I feel thoroughly confident that we made an excellent choice. The technician had all of the parts on the truck and was able to complete the job in a remarkably short period of time. I was especially impressed that he took the time to show and explain to me how the garage door is balanced. That kind of attention to detail is valuable to me!
