Met with Luke and explained we had a split hinge. Like did a thorough review of all the door components and found an additional slightly split hinges had that may last a bit. He also observed the door rollers were wearing down, so we had them replaced along with and the damaged hinges. Quality workmanship, good conversation. Your company has replaced two garage doors over the years we have lived here. Workmanship has always been top notch.

My old garage door was very noisy and approximately 20 years old. My service tech Joshua came up with a few different options for me. He took the time to explain them all and left the decision up to me with no sales pressure. He was very knowledgeable about his product, he arrived on time, and was a true professional.
