Melanie was our advisor, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring we saw all the relevant samples and explaining the wind mitigation benefits for our home insurance, when purchasing our new garage doors. So far very impressed with the company’s process and looking forward to the finished product.

My experience was good; to my surprise I took suggestion of technician who had right size spring on truck and offered to work with payment plan. I had an option of choosing the torsion or the extension, replaced brackets on both sides and was replaced and made full payment. Thank you Blamey for your professional service.

I called Precision to repair my garage door that another company messed up. Tech Steven Ott corrected my problem in short order with great professionalism. Steven immediately identified the problem that the previous company made 2 trips to fix and only made it worse. Be careful and stay with the professionals. Thank You Precision Garage Door Service.

We recently had Precision install a new garage door opener system. When one of the four remote controls stopped working after a couple of weeks, they came the same day and reprogrammed it at no cost. Their warranty covered it.
