We recently had Precision install a new garage door opener system. When one of the four remote controls stopped working after a couple of weeks, they came the same day and reprogrammed it at no cost. Their warranty covered it.

Wow! What service. We discovered a serious problem with out garage door openers in the evening and after searching for a repair outfit I found Precision and saw their five star rating. We first contacted the company we usually use for garage related issues however, they had appointments availability for two days. We then contacted Precision. The technician arrived within one hour of calling. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Highly recommend.

I called Precision Door Friday afternoon as my garage door would not close. The office personnel stated someone could come out between four and eight. Within 15 minutes of that call, I received a call from Carlos, stating he was on the way and would be at my home within 15 minutes, and he was. My sister & I inherited my parents house & my mom used precision so I called precision when the door wouldn't open. It turned out to be a little pricier than I'd hoped, but I'm very happy with the results. I broke the manual opener so he had to fix that & it needed a new belt. We choose to replace the motor & belt assembly as the most cost effective long term option. The technician was polite, hardworking, respectful & cheerful. He did provide several options, some a lot cheaper, some a little more. He was very patient while I called my sister & we discussed the options. The new assembly is so quiet & looks all new & shiny. I love it. The technician, Chris, did a beautiful job & left no mess for me to clean up. Oh, I almost forgot - I called them at 2:30, they said he would be there between 4 & 8. He got there at 4:00. Can't beat same day service.
