I had a technician service my garage door after the hurricane, and he checked the system. Everything checked out he solved the issue by aligning the beams. I was under the impression the service was warranted. The technician said it was a fifty-dollar charge. I reminded him that it was under warranty, if I was mistaken, I'll pay for service rendered.

The customer service was wonderful & the guys replaced garage door opener fast. My 13 yr old Raynor chain with 2 sided lights stopped working, so I choose to get replacement. (No door, springs, coils, or arms) It was replaced by a 1 light Genie belt that cost me $1500.00. Upon looking online at that model it can be purchased for less than $200. With labor & parts, the cost should have been a lot less than that.

service rep was excellent. did lubrications of door and spring. mentioned the need to replace item supporting door opener appears bent. not sure about this but will watch....would use him again. cannot open other email itemizing bill and service

Jeremy was very good with my service he explained why my door bracket broke from the door opener arm. He fixed everything that needed replacing in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. My only down side was I think material was pricey after receiving itemized break down.

Your a tech Chris A was great! He offered t o help me over the phone to save me $150. When he arrived at my home he found a major problem with center bearing mount. I was very pleased with the promptness of service and Brian - tech was very personable and could not have been nicer. I was surprised at the cost as I had nothing to compare it to as I needed the work done that day since I could not get the garage to open. Have since heard of a customer that paid significantly less ($200) from Precision for the exact same job but not knowing how different their garage door might have been, I can’t truly judge. I do appreciate being able to work out a few payments to make it easier.
