I had a technician service my garage door after the hurricane, and he checked the system. Everything checked out he solved the issue by aligning the beams. I was under the impression the service was warranted. The technician said it was a fifty-dollar charge. I reminded him that it was under warranty, if I was mistaken, I'll pay for service rendered.

The customer service was wonderful & the guys replaced garage door opener fast. My 13 yr old Raynor chain with 2 sided lights stopped working, so I choose to get replacement. (No door, springs, coils, or arms) It was replaced by a 1 light Genie belt that cost me $1500.00. Upon looking online at that model it can be purchased for less than $200. With labor & parts, the cost should have been a lot less than that.

Jeremy was very good with my service he explained why my door bracket broke from the door opener arm. He fixed everything that needed replacing in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. My only down side was I think material was pricey after receiving itemized break down.

I was very pleased with the promptness of service and Brian - tech was very personable and could not have been nicer. I was surprised at the cost as I had nothing to compare it to as I needed the work done that day since I could not get the garage to open. Have since heard of a customer that paid significantly less ($200) from Precision for the exact same job but not knowing how different their garage door might have been, I can’t truly judge. I do appreciate being able to work out a few payments to make it easier.
