I have used Precision once when I first bought my home and the 6-year old door motor was not working. They came and installed new springs on the door and a new mother board in the opener. 13 years later, I had my first problem. I now have a new garage door opener, new "eyes", a new switch and a replacement spine on the door due to prior damage. It is running better than ever! The new opener is so quiet, you won't even hear it inside the house.

Thank you for your quick response, same day service. Mr Enlow was very professional. He gave a detailed explanation besides the broken but what other parts, rollers, that needed to be replaced. Once giving the ok he got the the repair completed well within the estimated time. He then showed me everything he replaced and explained the 7 year warranty on parts. Thanks again..job well done..Great service.
