Both doors went off line, and I was unable to get them back online. Took my call and set up representative's visit for same day service! Arrived early, with pre-call to advise on the way! While I spent more than I had planned, they were all items that were worn out. My service Tech was on time, respectful and professional. After alerting me of the issues with my components and giving me the cost. I thought he was gonna say they would obtain the parts and then reschedule to complete the repairs. He then tells me give him and hour and he will have it finished!! He had everything on his vehicle to complete the task. He cleaned up, adjusted the opener and lubed the parts. I was very pleased and my door is quieter and functions perfectly. Thank you

$90.00 for 5 minutes of work and pressing a couple of bottoms "Reprogram Fee" (39.95) after charging fleet Transportation ($20.00), Service Call (29.95). Overpriced services after been told that the service call was going to be $49.95 by the dispatcher. She forgot to tell me that touching a bottom was going to cost me an additional $40.00. Compelled to put Garage Door Opener Repair for service performed for no choice to insert the actual service performed "Reprogram Fee".

Very pleased. After a Saturday night storm resulting in a non-functional garage door, I called on Sunday and spoke with a live person that set me up for a Monday AM appointment. That alone was exceptional. Speaking to a live person on Sunday for any home repair on the following Monday is almost unheard of. Tech (Craig) showed up on time and performed the repairs and additional preventive maintenance to my complete satisfaction. I was at work and he called me with all updates and status as the work progressed. A+.
