The young men arrived at the time I was given. Luis was extremely polite. Once he checked the garage door opener he gave me 3 alternatives including the replacement of the garage door opener. Mike Beckum did a great job for me! He installed a garage door keypad, a new weatherstrip and tuned up the hardware on the door as well as adjusted the spring. Although the cost was a bit high which is out of Mikes control. A quality job!!! Thanks!!!!

My 21 year old garage door opener started losing the code to open for my cars and remotes. I knew I wanted a new heavier duty garage door opener and called Precision, who had done great repairs on broken springs in the past. Manual Planos from Precision arrived and gave me all of my options and had all the parts that I chose on his truck. He quickly set to work and had a new belt drive heavy duty opener installed within 1.5 hours. He did a very clean and efficient installation then walked me through all the set up with the remotes, keypad and my autos. He explained the Iphone app (which was a breeze to set up). Now we have so many options to get in and the new opener is so quiet! I am very pleased with Precision Garage Door and Manuel Planos.
