My experience was good; to my surprise I took suggestion of technician who had right size spring on truck and offered to work with payment plan. We recently had Precision install a new garage door opener system. When one of the four remote controls stopped working after a couple of weeks, they came the same day and reprogrammed it at no cost. Their warranty covered it.

Wow! What service. We discovered a serious problem with out garage door openers in the evening and after searching for a repair outfit I found Precision and saw their five star rating.
