After 20 years, my garage door opener decided to completely fall apart. I called Precision on Saturday, and they were here and prepared for the situation. The Technician (Chris Elkington) analyzed what I needed and got right to it! Chris worked fast and knew every turn that had to be handled. My wife and I are very happy with his work and found him to be a very pleasant person to deal with. Thanks again for the fast response and great experience!

The service person that arrived was scheduled for 4-8. Yea! He called and said he'd be here around 3 pm. He really looked for the problem! He investigated the noise we had and tighted the springs and adjusted some other things. I had been told by another service person that we would HAVE to have a new door opener. The door is makes less noise when opening now!!!! Thanks to the servicer.
