I called for service and door was repaired the same day. The door was originally installed by Precision so i knew who to call. The people I interacted with were very helpful and professional. Overall great experience. They are the people to call for garage doors!

Lots of garage door companies in the area, but I've been curious about Precision ever since we moved back to Florida in 2021 and started seeing their TV ads. After our door opener stopped opening, and I thought after 4 years it would be a good idea for some regular door maintenance, I set up a Saturday service appointment using Precision's website. Dylan arrived, explained his process for assessing our needs, and then went to work. He let me know that our door sensors wiring connections were improperly done, our door hardware needed general tightening, and our primary door springs were wearing out and were on the road to failure. I gave him the approval to fix all of it, and he was finished faster than I expected. He did a great job!. The door is more quiet now, the springs are working great, he lubricated the chain, and rewired the sensors and refreshed the opener's programming. It cost more than I was expecting, but he did a great job, answered all my questions, and now we feel much better about the condition of our door and opener as we prepare for our next hurricane season. Thank you Precision and thank you Dylan!

Our Technician, Dylan Harrison, was excellent. Dylan explained everything in detail, was very professional, did excellent work, and made sure he cleaned up when the work was completed. Could not recommend Dylan any more.
