My garage door broke a few weeks ago. I called in the morning and had a technician at my house within 2hr or maybe less. The technician looked over the damage and gave me a reasonable quote. I even received a military discount which I really appreciate. I'm sorry that I don't remember the technician name but he was great. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use precision again when I upgrade my door motor.

They were able to fix the door the same day, no service call fee and a free estimate. We decided to go ahead with the repair. Our technician, Bill, was polite and professional.
