I had a problem opening my garage door. I thought it was the remote opener, and I bought a new one. That didn’t solve the problem. I called a company that said it would cost me $225 to try to get the door open.. and that they would have to cut the chain of the unit. Of course I would have to purchase another motor. I came across your company and called. The technician was knowledgeable about the system and he found that it was an electrical problem. He was here quickly and did an excellent job of explaining the problem to me! I will continue to work with your company for any future issues!!

Trevor was friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the issue efficiently without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Pricing was fair and transparent, and my garage door is working perfectly now. I called about 2:00 in the afternoon on a Friday they told me a tech would be here between 4-8 the same day well to my surprise Aiden showed up about 330. I want to say he did an absolute great job, he was professional and knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything step by step. This company was new to me and I already had a company come to my home within the week and just not return my call for the service they said they would “ be back” for. Precision came to my home checked out the garage door, found the problem, gave me estimates on ways to fix my issue, and install new equipment. Our garage door stopped working around 2:30PM on a Saturday, called them at 3:00 PM and they were out the same day by 4:30 PM. They were able to fix the door the same day, no service call fee and a free estimate. We decided to go ahead with the repair. Our technician, Bill, was polite and professional.
