Nelson Ruedas did an excellent job! I called Sunday morning made the appointment it was seamless. Nelson called me back made the appointment, he came to the house assesed the problem made some suggestions for the repair. We talked it over agreed on a plan. He was in and out in an hour. All the work was done an the garage door was working. Excellent job!!

We recently had Precision install a new garage door opener system. When one of the four remote controls stopped working after a couple of weeks, they came the same day and reprogrammed it at no cost. Their warranty covered it.

I called Precision Door Friday afternoon as my garage door would not close. The office personnel stated someone could come out between four and eight. Within 15 minutes of that call, I received a call from Carlos, stating he was on the way and would be at my home within 15 minutes, and he was. My electric garage door would only go down halfway. I called Precision and the young lady that took my call was so helpful she got me scheduled in today That already qualified for 5 stars.
