Wow! I called for service at noon and Lyka arrived at 2! He was on time, courteous and provided options that gave me the information needed to make the right decisions for my repairs. There was no upselling or pressure - just his expertise in an area I had no experience with. I have used Precision before, when my spring busted (just like in the commercials - HA!), and will definitely recommend as well as call if I ever need help again.

I needed a new opener, springs and a few other things. Aidan Blanchette was my technician. He was exceptional!!. Professional, competent, polite, hard worker. He went above and beyond to be sure I understood my choices and understood what he did. He programmed everything that could be programmed to operate the door, including my phone. Vacuumed the garage floor when he was finished. Much cleaner than before he arrived. I would give him more than 5 stars if possible. I have already told a few friends to call Precision for any garage door issues. This is my second time using Precision and I was very pleased the first time. I was even more pleased this time. Great job. Great company. Easy to schedule repair online and LOTS of time choices.

After 20 years, my garage door opener decided to completely fall apart. I called Precision on Saturday, and they were here and prepared for the situation. The Technician (Chris Elkington) analyzed what I needed and got right to it! Chris worked fast and knew every turn that had to be handled. Lots of garage door companies in the area, but I've been curious about Precision ever since we moved back to Florida in 2021 and started seeing their TV ads. After our door opener stopped opening, and I thought after 4 years it would be a good idea for some regular door maintenance, I set up a Saturday service appointment using Precision's website. Dylan arrived, explained his process for assessing our needs, and then went to work. He let me know that our door sensors wiring connections were improperly done, our door hardware needed general tightening, and our primary door springs were wearing out and were on the road to failure. I gave him the approval to fix all of it, and he was finished faster than I expected. He did a great job!. The door is more quiet now, the springs are working great, he lubricated the chain, and rewired the sensors and refreshed the opener's programming. It cost more than I was expecting, but he did a great job, answered all my questions, and now we feel much better about the condition of our door and opener as we prepare for our next hurricane season. Thank you Precision and thank you Dylan!

I called & Mike Beckum came out the next morning to replace a broken garage door spring. He showed me there was a bigger problem and the whole mechanism needed replacing. I trusted him right away because he could explain what he suspected was going on and the proof was evident. Approving his recommendation the work was expertly completed and the worn out parts were proof they were going bad, avoiding a big problem later on. I know it seems like a non trivial matter, however I know there’s a lot about how garage door mechanisms I don’t understand and I’m super glad I didn’t try to fix this one myself. I will continue to use Precision for any garage door service needed in the future for the quality of work, honesty, punctuality and friendly support.
