I was very pleased with the prompt, professional service I received . My door opener was old and too far gone to fix. My very nice technician was able to replace it and all the components on this first service call, no waiting to order one ect. He was great about explaining how to operate and gave me a good rundown of all the Smart technology this new unit had. I’ve always been pleased with Precision and this call was certainly up to their high standards. Keep up the great work with great employees!

Call was made late morning, same day service. Tech’s timeframe was a 4 hr window, arrived right in the middle. Received a text and a phone call from the tech saying they were 20 mins out. Good scheduling. Tech was very nice and explained everything. Made repairs fast and correctly. Pleased with everything. Will use this Company again when needed. 100% happy.
