This was a warranty repair. But once your tech gave me other options I felt was more in my favorer, I chose to upgrade to a better spring with another full 7-year warranty starting that day. We use the garage door allot!!! I was given a full credit for the set of springs I previously purchased! The job was done in less than 1 hour. He checked for any other issues I may have and did a maintenance on the rest of the parts of the door. The extra steps it what will keep me a customer for life! Well, that and the warranty!!

Of course! It just happened to be December 24th! (Christmas Eve Day!) I pulled out of my garage to take my wife's car to the car wash and when I pushed the garage door remote the garage door went up and down! Yep! Up and down! Well I checked all the things that I could check! And it still the garage door went up & down! We have used Precision before, so I called them (thinking they would be closed for Christmas Eve) Talked to a receptionist who (to my delight!) told me they would be out between 2 and 6 that day! Received a call from Joshua that he was on his way! He arrived about twenty minutes later! I learned with in minutes Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable about his Company and what my needs were! After a three tier quote I approved a new garage door opener that would work for me! Joshua and the fellow tech completed the installation in less time than I imagined. Again very professional! I have to thank Joshua & Precision again for they fine work & professional attitude! And my thoughts! Joshua is a GREAT asset to Precision! Thank You!

Been a customer for 4+ years. Called them out because spring broke. They came out and recommended springs to be replaced and bearings. They did the exact same thing 4 years ago for 640.00. Well this time quoted 1400.00. I paid them 53.00 service fee and Called someone else (Felix with Garage Home Pros 3212000727). I showed him the estimate. He replaced everything with same parts that Precision quoted for 480.00. I will never call/use Precision again. I own 4 businesses and understand different prices with different companies, however over 900.00 difference is insane.

Came out early after calling to make sure it was ok to do so. Gave fair evaluation of what was needed and had all parts on the truck to make all the repairs that day. Ended up repairing both doors and installing 2 new openers, fixing and replacing 20 year old components.
