We were having issues with my wall unit so I called Prescion because they had installed it 7 years ago. This is the only issue in all that time! John came out and did a detailed work up of what could be the issue. He was professional, thorough, and respectful. He solved the issue and we are so happy we purchased our garage door opener through Prescion Door.

John the technician arrived on time and called 30 minutes in advance to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived he did an evaluation of what the issue my garage door was having. He then proceeded to repair it and it is working perfect now. This is the 2nd time I used this company and from start to finish they are top notch!
