The technician came out extremely quickly for my appointment. He called ahead and gave me an ETA, was well-dressed, and looked very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issues were with my garage and how to fix them in a cheaper, more efficient manner. Great customer service, 10/10, and I would recommend them to everyone who needs work done on their garage.

I had an outstanding experience with the technician Zack from Precision Garage. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution within my budget. He took the time to explain everything, taught me how to properly maintain my garage door, and even gave me a maintenance spray as a thoughtful bonus. I originally planned to replace just one spring, but the technician Zack took the time to walk me through my options and helped me find a repair package that provided the best value without any pressure. His honesty and willingness to help really stood out. On top of the excellent service, we had a great conversation reminiscing about the past and sharing childhood memories, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I love Precision Garage Door. I have been a customer for over 20 years. On the phone they are always polite and helpful and schedule an appointment immediately, even on the weekend, which is when I needed help. This time was a Saturday and the technician who came out was pleasant and helpful. He took the time to listen to what was happening, check the door and made a few adjustments that helped solve my problem. I highly recommend them for any and all of your garage door needs.
