Precision is the way to go! Back in 2017 I got a new everything with them—door, track, motor, everything. I called mom and pop shops, and other local companies and Precision had the best pricing, and got me a better motor for less. Unfortunately I had to replace that motor—the cable snapped and it’s nearly impossible to get a new cable without calling the everyone and waiting around for it. The fact we called them in the morning and they were out SAME DAY, and able to replace everything right there…not many other companies can do that. Our technician, Isak, was great too. Very polite, informative, and incredibly honest about everything. Even back in 2017, that technician (different person) was so helpful and informative and gave us a wealth of information to help keep the door and everything running well, to help us avoid service calls. This particular call was due to complete fluke in a the belt breaking in a very off place. New (and better) motor, sensors, switch, extra remotes, and maintenance on the door and as done at an affordable price. Was it “cheap” (as in buying the motor yourself and installing it yourself)…no, but in all honesty, you could call around and maybe get a lower cost, but you’ll be waiting for service. Call Precision if you want the job done well, and immediately. It’s worth it! And you don’t have to do the work and sweat your rear off in the garage doing it yourself.

I received excellent service on 9/9/25 by Service Repair Technician, Isak Zenkic. He arrived promptly on time as scheduled. He was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable of his job. I advised him of the garage door problem. He assessed the problem and the repair was made immediately and efficiently. I have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and will continue to call them for any future garage door issues. Thank you for great customer service!

Our garage door opener stopped working when we came back from visiting our grandchildren, Nothing worked, not the outside keypad, the fobs or even the inside remote. We called Precision and because of the Hurricanes (that's Plural) we had to wait 2 weeks before a technician showed up. The wait did not bother us because we knew they had more extensive issues to deal with. When we had a prior issue they showed up the next day and did a fantastic job which is why we were willing to wait. Fast forward to Wednesday October 16th and Isak Zenzic called to let me know he was on his way. I was at work so my wife dealt with Zenick from the very beginning. Isak investigated the issues and determined that motor was shot, it was the original that was installed in 2007 which amazed him that it worked this long. Anyway Isak presented my wife with 3 options and we chose the one that best suited our needs. He installed the motor in a professional manner and by this time I arrived home. He was SOOOOO patient with two older customers, taking his time, helping us install and then explaining how the app worked. He was kind understanding and gentle, he was just wonderful. Isak is the type of employee you want representing your company. We would recommend Precision and especially Isak for any garage door issues.

Great company overall! On time, quick, but thorough job on installing new motor for garage door. Isaac went over every detail and thoroughly discussed pricing , warranty and choices. Kudos to Precision and the Technician Isak. They came threw as advertised on TV. Saved the day. I was in a little panic, my door spring broke, but the door is over 30 yrs. old and no trouble till now, and my car stuck in the garage. The Technician, (Isak) was out in a matter of a few hours, really nice guy, knew his business, pleasant, couldn't ask for a better Technician as technicians go. I've read other Reviews and I share the same sentiments. What can I say that already has been said, but thanks and Kudos to you all. I have to scratch my head though on the ones with negative feedback. Lets be fair here, Your office quoted me the ballpark figure and yes it was a lot more when Isak got through. But here's the "rub", my door is over 30 years old and everything was shot!!. Needed rollers, adjustments and a few other things, worth the money, well spent. How the door lasted this long beats me. So I have to question those Negative feedbacks. I think I'll get another 30 yrs. thanks to Isak.
