We have lived in our home for 37 years and Precision Door is the only service we have ever used. They are always on time, professional and friendly. Today we had Arnold assist us with an issue with our garage door. He immediately diagnosed the problem and made repairs. I highly recommend Precision Door Company.

The technician called to ask if it was ok to come early. I said yes. Once he arrived, he did a thorough inspection and provided purchase options. Once I chose the one I wanted he estimated how the work would take. He needed only 1 hour for the complete job. I complimented him on getting done so quickly. The tech that came out was knowledgeable and polite but I was very specific about what I needed and that we weren't replacing an opener but installing the first one. I was told over the phone the price installed and I could use the coupon I had. Upon arrival, the tech said he would install what I was told over the phone (1/2hp opener) but It wouldn't last the year and the second car remote was an extra $48 and the bracing was another $5 and there was a trip charge of $20. I was never told there would be a trip charge and it makes no sense since he was coming to do a estimate. There isn't any charge if I say no...why should there be one if I say yes! So I did. The excuse was the people on the phone don't know a lot and you really are a repair company. Then they should. Felt like it was a bait and switch. If not your phone staff need to be better trained.
