I found my self locked out of my garage at 7pm it would not open after looking at it found I had a broken spring called Precision and they set me up an appointment for the next morning James was my technician he was on time, very professional and friendly we even made small talk about our dogs and then he got to work. Cost for repair is a little pricey but with the quality of work and warranty it was worth it.

Precision really came through for me when I had an accident within my own garage. Overhead first came out, as our door was their brand. Although professional, they quoted me a higher price for a replacement and could not give me a time frame for installation. I called Precision and was quoted and installed on the same day. Very professional all around. Thank you Andrew L, Tyler, and Chris for your precise and swift installation. I am so thankful to you all for securing my home with a new door on the same day!! While waiting to see which direction Hurricane Dorian was deciding on, the springs for my garage door broke. Called Precision on Tues. 9/3 at 9 am for a technician. Arnold Simpson arrived, from New Port Richey, by 11:00 and gave me several options for springs. After he completed replacing the springs, he noticed that my wooden door, circa 1975, was bowing in the middle and suggested a new door. His concern that the door would collapse on my car (or me) was very sincere. Because of Arnold's professionalism, courtesy and respectfulness, I received a new door, on my birthday, on 9/5. Arnold could have walked away without a word about the rotting door, but he didn't. Precision came into my life about 3 years ago when I had to have the motor replaced and they will be the only company I call in the future. They go the extra mile for their customers and I feel really blessed that they did that for me. I have referred them to friends in the past and I will continue doing so.
