Precision arrived on time, had all necessary materials to repair the broken springs and made proper recommendations to improve the life of my door. The repairs were made in less than an hour. Bryan and Josh went out of their way to answer all questions as well as helping me with a remote that I needed programming. I was very impressed

Their service technician, John, called ahead to inform me he was right on schedule. John is a prompt, clean and courteous man who quickly assessed my situation and recommended a variety of options explaining the advantages of each. He provided all the information I needed allowing me to select my best option. Being in industrial repair, I'm quite familiar with proper tools and and procedures. I was impressed with John's knowledge and use of his equipment. John performed a quality repair while explaining to me how to maintain and extend the life of my door and opener. We called Precision on Friday because we were having a problem with the door opening with the remote. The service was scheduled for Saturday at no extra charge for the weekend. We were given a time frame of 10-4, and the representative called ahead of time and promptly arrived within that time frame. He was courteous, very professional in his looks and mannerisms, and fully explained what was needed and why. I would definitely recommend Precision to our friends.
