I cannot say enough good things about Precision Garage Door Service! Exceptional company and even better employees. From the first phone call to the last of the repairs, it was an enjoyable and satisfying experience. The repair technician, J. Baran, who arrived at what I thought would be a simple bottom door seal replacement, found multiple problems with my door that if left untreated could have resulted in catastrophic events. From the frayed torsion cables, the worn out flanged ball bearings, and the weakened springs, our very heavy reinforced 16 foot door was on the verge of failing to stay open and upon sudden closure could have caused severe injury and or damage. J. Baran discovered these issues upon his complete inspection of our door, alerted me to them, and showed me in patient detail why they were needing replacement. I am so thankful that he just did not replace the seal and then call it a day. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for all of your garage doors needs; you will be impressed!

The spring broke on our garage door in the afternoon when my wife was trying to get to a doctor's appointment. She was able to get a ride from a neighbor. I was out at work and looked up local garage door service and repair companies in my area. I contacted Precision Garage Door Service of Lakeland and explained the situation. They were able to respond almost immediately. In fact I had to hurry home to beat their technician there. He had parts on his truck and completed the job that day. As far as I know the garage door was original to the house form the early 90s. While the technician was here he was also able to address a number of other maintenance items so we hope that the garage door is good to go for a good while now. Great Experience! Jesus DiMasse was my installer. He came out and showed me what the issue was and explained everything. He was super friendly and a stand up guy.
