When the spring on my garage door broke, I called Precision. They scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Arnold did a thorough assessment of my springs and other garage door components. He showed me the parts that were wearing out (16 yrs daily use). The wear was easy to see. He explained the parts did not need to be replaced right away, but eventually they would. No high pressure sales. I plan on living here a long time so I went ahead and had all the problems fixed. Everything was none timely and professionally.
