Sean did an amazing job, was knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my 2 springs and 3 bearings in what seemed like no time at all. My only issue was the price. I should have done more research beforehand but what I found was surprising given what I was charged. Quick Google search shows the average for spring and labor is between 150-350 and certainly not the 378 per spring I paid. Additionally, the springs themselves couldn't be more than 100 a piece, so I'm wondering where the rest of my money went to. It certainly doesn't seem like I should be paying near $600 for an hour of labor.

Thank you for your quick response, same day service. Mr Enlow was very professional. He gave a detailed explanation besides the broken but what other parts, rollers, that needed to be replaced. Once giving the ok he got the the repair completed well within the estimated time. He then showed me everything he replaced and explained the 7 year warranty on parts. When the spring on my garage door broke, I called Precision. They scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Arnold did a thorough assessment of my springs and other garage door components. He showed me the parts that were wearing out (16 yrs daily use). The wear was easy to see. He explained the parts did not need to be replaced right away, but eventually they would. No high pressure sales. I plan on living here a long time so I went ahead and had all the problems fixed. Everything was none timely and professionally.
