Wow! I called for service at noon and Lyka arrived at 2! He was on time, courteous and provided options that gave me the information needed to make the right decisions for my repairs. There was no upselling or pressure - just his expertise in an area I had no experience with. I needed a new opener, springs and a few other things. Aidan Blanchette was my technician. He was exceptional!!. Professional, competent, polite, hard worker. He went above and beyond to be sure I understood my choices and understood what he did. He programmed everything that could be programmed to operate the door, including my phone. Vacuumed the garage floor when he was finished. Much cleaner than before he arrived. I would give him more than 5 stars if possible. I have already told a few friends to call Precision for any garage door issues. This is my second time using Precision and I was very pleased the first time. I was even more pleased this time. Great job. Great company. Easy to schedule repair online and LOTS of time choices.

The Technician (Chris Elkington) analyzed what I needed and got right to it! Chris worked fast and knew every turn that had to be handled.
