After my garage door spring snapped earlier this week, I scheduled a repair with Precision via their online booking system. Jorge arrived on Saturday morning and provided an excellent breakdown of our repair options and the expected timeline. We decided to replace both springs, and Jorge handled the job with impressive expertise. I truly appreciate his professionalism and high-quality work.

Great Experience! Jesus DiMasse was my installer. He came out and showed me what the issue was and explained everything. He was super friendly and a stand up guy. He showed me options and gave me advice. Installed everything in like an hour and showed me how to work the new unit. Seemed a little pricey but expert top of the line service. Jesus is the man!

I purchased a new single car garage door and opener from Precision Garage Door. The entire process from start to finish was very easy. The representative came to the house and gave me a great quote. We signed the contract as they were the lowest price by far. The installed emailed and texted the date and time of his arrival. He was in constant contact. He arrived at my home and make quick work of the old door and opener. He installed the new one. Showed me how to disable the opener and how to lubricate the door. He gave me a Precision Garage Door branded can of spray white lithium. I contacted the permitting agent that Precision contracts with. They stated the county will come out for the inspection the next day. Very professional and I would highly recommend.

I had a problem opening my garage door. I thought it was the remote opener, and I bought a new one. That didn’t solve the problem. I called a company that said it would cost me $225 to try to get the door open.. and that they would have to cut the chain of the unit. Of course I would have to purchase another motor. I came across your company and called. The technician was knowledgeable about the system and he found that it was an electrical problem. He was here quickly and did an excellent job of explaining the problem to me! I will continue to work with your company for any future issues!!

I called about 2:00 in the afternoon on a Friday they told me a tech would be here between 4-8 the same day well to my surprise Aiden showed up about 330. I want to say he did an absolute great job, he was professional and knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain everything step by step. This company was new to me and I already had a company come to my home within the week and just not return my call for the service they said they would “ be back” for. Precision came to my home checked out the garage door, found the problem, gave me estimates on ways to fix my issue, and install new equipment. We both agreed on the best option for my home and the technician had my new equipment and my garage door working within the next couple of hours. I am extremely happy and will refer this company from now on!! The technician was extremely helpful and courteous.

I was quoted over $1,700 for a motor. Do your research!!! That's double other companies. I was robbed! They said its because its a quality product. Its a Genie. Nothing great about it. Do your research; get quotes! I was robbed.

Was quoted for over $1,700 for a motor replacement. Dealing with a dying parent, I had the first company I found, come out. Wish I did more research. They we twice as much as other companies. When I asked the installer why so much, he said higher quality products. You can get the motor I got for Lowes for $200. I was robbed.
