Absolutely satisfied ! Was unable to find a garage door opener installer which we desperately needed. Went to Precision's website, schedule the next day, Saturday, delivery at no extra cost. Selected a window and was told truck would come with a variety of openers to look at for immediate install. Technician (Austin) was fantastic - showed up on tome, was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating, selected a unit and did the install all by himself. Very pleased and would recommend !

As most of us know things happen at the most inconvenient times. One of the springs that helps to open and close our garage door broke at 3:45 pm on a Monday afternoon. I called the company that installed this door for help. They could not help me until Wednesday afternoon. The technician, James, came out, listened to my explanation of what I had done, and explained my situation, to him and was very attentive to my issue. He then was very through in explaining what the apparent issues were, what would be in my best interest to do on my own, since I am a do-it-yourselfer, and then explained my options. Sean did an amazing job, was knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my 2 springs and 3 bearings in what seemed like no time at all. My only issue was the price. I should have done more research beforehand but what I found was surprising given what I was charged. Quick Google search shows the average for spring and labor is between 150-350 and certainly not the 378 per spring I paid. Additionally, the springs themselves couldn't be more than 100 a piece, so I'm wondering where the rest of my money went to. It certainly doesn't seem like I should be paying near $600 for an hour of labor.
