I called & Mike Beckum came out the next morning to replace a broken garage door spring. He showed me there was a bigger problem and the whole mechanism needed replacing. I trusted him right away because he could explain what he suspected was going on and the proof was evident. Approving his recommendation the work was expertly completed and the worn out parts were proof they were going bad, avoiding a big problem later on. I know it seems like a non trivial matter, however I know there’s a lot about how garage door mechanisms I don’t understand and I’m super glad I didn’t try to fix this one myself. I will continue to use Precision for any garage door service needed in the future for the quality of work, honesty, punctuality and friendly support. The young men arrived at the time I was given. Luis was extremely polite. Once he checked the garage door opener he gave me 3 alternatives including the replacement of the garage door opener. I am waiting for the quotes in writing. The quotes are something I have to consider. I appreciate their time and courtesy.

Mike Beckum did a great job for me! He installed a garage door keypad, a new weatherstrip and tuned up the hardware on the door as well as adjusted the spring. Although the cost was a bit high which is out of Mikes control. A quality job!!! Thanks!!!!
