From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me find the best solution within my budget. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! From the moment the technician arrived, he was friendly, professional, and had a fantastic personality that immediately put me at ease. He even had a few funny jokes that made the whole experience enjoyable. I had accidentally damaged my garage door rail with my car, and my safety sensors had also stopped working. He took the time to explain exactly what had happened and walked me through the repairs in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel overwhelmed or rushed. The rail was replaced, the sensor wiring was repaired, and everything is now working perfectly. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. He left the area spotless when he was finished, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with excellent customer service, but this technician did exactly that. If this is the level of service Precision Garage Door provides, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful repair such a positive experience!
