Tech was nice and figured out the issue with my door motor pretty quickly. But that’s where the good service ends, sadly. The technician was quick to upsell me over priced goods that aren’t even meant for residential homes, but heavy duty commercial motors. Either I replace my circuit board for the cost of a whole new residential motor or buy a commercial one for an extreme price. There was no in between. This “service” seemed more like a up sale than an actual problem solving and general service visit. Not calling or referring again

The service person that arrived was scheduled for 4-8. Yea! He called and said he'd be here around 3 pm. He really looked for the problem! He investigated the noise we had and tighted the springs and adjusted some other things. I had been told by another service person that we would HAVE to have a new door opener. Selected a window and was told truck would come with a variety of openers to look at for immediate install.
