My service was excellent. I called in around 130 pm on a Friday, they gave me a time between 2 pm and 6 pm the same day, Andrew Lachance was at my home before 3 pm. He checked my door and gave me a rundown of the issues and went over all three options that I had and also went over all my payment options. Andrew was very thorough and had great customer care. I immediately received a real and pleasant person to speak with who setup an appointment for my broken spring replacement. Their service technician, John, called ahead to inform me he was right on schedule. John is a prompt, clean and courteous man who quickly assessed my situation and recommended a variety of options explaining the advantages of each. He provided all the information I needed allowing me to select my best option. Being in industrial repair, I'm quite familiar with proper tools and and procedures. I was impressed with John's knowledge and use of his equipment. John performed a quality repair while explaining to me how to maintain and extend the life of my door and opener.
