A spring broke on my door at 5pm on a Friday. I called Precision and Mickey was here an hour later. Mickey was clear on all the repair options available with their corresponding warranties. He let me make my choice with no pressure and set about to quickly and efficiently replace my springs, bearings and track wheels. I feel confident that my door should be trouble free for the foreseeable future. Mickey was super personable and professional. He even tried to set up the garage opener WiFi controls with my phone. We saw your commercial on TV although we didn't need the service right away. When we did, Precision came to mind. Keith was the technician and we were please with his work. He showed us where the issue was explained what he was going to do. Keith also show us how to maintain the garage track. He was professional and knowledgeable and worn his mask the entire time. Was so impressed with website we didn’t call anyone else. Melanie, the estimator, came promptly. She was very professional and low pressure when explaining our options. He was so well mannered and even went above and beyond for me giving me advice on how to be proactive and take better care of the garage door. You guys are great. My garage door stopped working and you came out the same day and fixed it. I got multiple options of what it would cost to repair just the damage, repair and replace other parts that showed wear or a full service job doing everything to bring my door back to tip top shape. Each option fully explained and no pressure was put on me as to which option I should select.
