My previous experiences with precision have been great which is why I contacted them this time. However the technician that came out wasn't prepared or knowledgeable to complete the repair. He seemed more interested in selling me a new chain driven door opener to replace the belt drive that I have. I purchased a new garage door opener and had it installed for less

Garage door opener shot. Called Precision in the morning, a tech came to the house around 2:30 PM. Inspected the old one and supplied options for repair/replacement. Brian H was very courteous and professional. Our door was reconditioned and a new opener installed. Great job.

I immediately received a real and pleasant person to speak with who setup an appointment for my broken spring replacement. Their service technician, John, called ahead to inform me he was right on schedule. John is a prompt, clean and courteous man who quickly assessed my situation and recommended a variety of options explaining the advantages of each. He provided all the information I needed allowing me to select my best option. Being in industrial repair, I'm quite familiar with proper tools and and procedures. I was impressed with John's knowledge and use of his equipment. John performed a quality repair while explaining to me how to maintain and extend the life of my door and opener. I will not hesitate to call Precision Garage Door Service in the future.

We called Precision on Friday because we were having a problem with the door opening with the remote. The service was scheduled for Saturday at no extra charge for the weekend. We were given a time frame of 10-4, and the representative called ahead of time and promptly arrived within that time frame. He was courteous, very professional in his looks and mannerisms, and fully explained what was needed and why. I would definitely recommend Precision to our friends.
