One of my torsion springs had broken and the door wouldn't open. Nelson came out, a little late, but well within the arranged appointment time frame. He was very interested in making sure I understood the issue, what my options were and the costs. He took care of the problem and replaced some other sub-standard parts in the process. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, but the door has never been quieter than it is now.

I called Precision when my garage door quit working. My call was answered immediately and dispatched to Lucas Wyngarden. Lucas showed up within about 30 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me several options with pricing, and went to work to replace my opener. Precision Garage Door business was recommended to me back in March 2025 when I needed repair. The issues were fixed and the technician was very polite and informative. The other day the neighborhood where I live had a power outage for several hours . The garage door was not working so I called the representative at the business and they gave me an appointment the next day . This time it was another technician and he was very informative about the issue and fixed it. The warranty was still good so no out of pocket expense for me.
