I really appreciate the service I received today from Precision Garage Door. The online scheduler was easy to use. The technician showed up on time. He was professional and helpful. I appreciated the time he took to show me other potential problems with my door, but there was no pressure to buy. He gave me details on my options, with transparent and fair pricing. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I'll reach out again the next time I need garage door assistance.

The young men arrived at the time I was given. Luis was extremely polite. Once he checked the garage door opener he gave me 3 alternatives including the replacement of the garage door opener. I am waiting for the quotes in writing. The quotes are something I have to consider. I appreciate their time and courtesy.

We had a damaged garage door. Precision’s service was seamless from the time of the call for service until the satisfactory resolution of the problem, all in a single day. The technician who came out, Nick, provided top notch work and was a total pleasure as a person. High praise for him and for Precision.
