I was very pleased with the promptness of service and Brian - tech was very personable and could not have been nicer. I was surprised at the cost as I had nothing to compare it to as I needed the work done that day since I could not get the garage to open. Have since heard of a customer that paid significantly less ($200) from Precision for the exact same job but not knowing how different their garage door might have been, I can’t truly judge. I do appreciate being able to work out a few payments to make it easier.

when I talked to your operator when I called she told me for the cheap 1year springs installed was $120 each,,all fees and taxes were included... guess what she was wrong.. .also the service teck talked me into new cable drums for $50 each,,,wow,,talk about price gouging ...$5.00 drum for $50.00... then you charged me >> Shop Supplies 7% $22.75 38449 Fuel / Energy Surcharge $20.00 Job was done and fast,This is the only plus,, springs were smaller then originals and drums were also cheaper made... No I am not happy...Price gouging and additional charges

Service was great. Paying over $500 to replace 2 springs was very upsetting and that was after I complained and got 20% discount. I called during the service and was quoted on the price of the springs and was told if I bought them install would be free. Then was told a different price from management after service was done. Must be nice to work one hour and make $300 to $400 I am thinking about starting my own business doing garage door repairs!!!! Spring was not broken

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services. My technician Chad Donovan was personable, very knowledgeable and professional and quickly determined the resolution to my garage door issue. I had a broken torsion spring on my 35 year old door and after seeing all the parts he had on his service vehicle, decided new rollers and bearing should be installed while the parts were removed to repair the spring. Chad did a great job and was very fast and efficient in his repair. the door is much quieter and should last another 35 years before any more needed repairs I was very impressed that Chad had all of the tools and parts needed to fix same day. Excellent customer service. Thank you Chad!

Technician was prompt, came early and explained all my options for my repair. Due to his thorough inspection, he found out I needed more than just spring replacement. He showed me the areas of concern and educated me on how and why I have the issues. I chose to go with the complete repair with the full 7 year warranty so I have peace of mind. Kudos to the Technician for great work, politeness (in this heat) and a job well done !!!

I had no idea that there was anything wrong wrong until I started to close the garage door and heard a snap sound which turned out to be the chain sprocket breaking off of the unit. I asked the wife to call for service. She was told that they could be here within the next 4 hrs which made both of us pleased. After the service man looked at the unit and told us the cost of repair and age of the unit, we opted to replace our existing unit with a new one with a lifetime guarantee. The garage door spring broke about 3:00 today at our residence & a quick call to Precision Garage Door arranged to have a service/repairman headed out to replace the spring & mechanism. We were told to expect the service call between 6 & 8 pm. James M. from Precision called at 5:36 with news that we could expect him in approximately 10 minutes. He assessed the overall condition of our door's springs, bearings, etc, made some recommendations & was finished with all the repair work in approximately 1 hour. I'm pleased to report that James had us up and running in less time than we ever expected & the door now operates smoother & quieter than I can imagine...thank you James for a job well done & thank you Precision Garage Door for providing such knowledgeable & efficient service personnel.

This was my second service call with precision since having their hurricane garage door and a k Linear garage door opener installed in 2011. Original install was very professional. First service all replaced a safety sensor that lightning got and service again excellent. Today the opener pad by door wouldn't work and David checked everything out and found a loose wire for an easy fix. Again excellent service that was not only quick but very professional. Moving to a new house soon and will have them on my list to call if any garage door issues at new place. Thanks
