Thank you for the service call. Received good service. I Did not receive a copy of the work order just a receipt for payment. The total estimate that was written up had three choices and I elected the third choice of $760.00 less Veteran and your credit from your coupon as deductions. Your billing statement received by email shows an additional fee of $20.00 for Fuel/Energy Surcharge. This charge was never mentioned and I do not wish to pay it. I do not appreciate a bogus fee arbitrarily added with no notice. In today's world $20.00 hurts the pocket. What the hell is this fee really for?

Outstanding service in every respect! I called at 8:30 AM, was told that a technician would be out between 12:00-4:00 PM with a call 30 minutes before arriving. "Jeffery" called at 12:45, advising that he would be at my home in approx. 25 minutes. He arrived, assessed my problem, gave alternate solutions to my problem, repaired my overhead door within an hour, and was gone. Excellent! It began with a most pleasant receptionist when I initially called.

Prompt service was appreciated and the efficiency of determining the problem and then fixing it was important, though I wasn't expecting to have to get a whole new unit. My old one had been there since 1992 so I guess it did a good job for a long time. Your technician was very pleasant and took time to explain the workings of the new unit.

I was recommended to your company by another business professional for the issue I was having. Water was getting in under my garage door. I was told that the weather seal needed to be replaced and the door setting needed to be adjusted. The tech that came out did replace the seal, however, he did not want to change the setting because I did not purchase the door from Precision. That was disappointing because I don't want the same problem to occur over time. The door is only 1 year old, so I didn't see the issue of making the adjustment. The reason we called Precision is that I was dissatisfied to know that the company that installed our new door did it improperly, so I was looking for a new company. I would think your company would care a bit more about building new customers than worrying about liability issues of working on another companies door. Except for the sticker the tech found, he thought it was a Precision door. So truly, I only got half of my problem fix. Disappointed for sure.

There's nothing worse than your garage door breaking and not being able to get your vehicle in or out. Saturday morning everything quit working, we could not even get it to open manually. We called and Technician Jose Rosario was here within a couple of hours. He was very professional and polite. He looked at our problems and gave us several options. He explained everything in detail. He replaced our broken springs, bar and garage door opener. He had all the parts available and was very efficient with doing the work in a timely manner. He showed us how everything worked and helped us setup our codes. I would recommend Precision Door Service due to the service we received from Jose and would Highly Recommend that you request Jose Rosario as Your Technician. We will ask for Jose again in the Future if needed.

Commendations to Bryan A Stewart and his associate, Ryan, for an excellent installation of new springs and a belt-driven garage door opener. I was impressed by the knowledge and work ethics displayed by both men. Explanations and options were presented prior to any work performed, and once my choice was made, these two did not stop for a moment until the job was completed. Clean-up was as though they had not even been there. I am delighted with the operation of my unit; so quiet! When Bryan put the Precision sticker on the interior of my garage door, I was particularly proud of myself for having chosen a company that obviously strives for excellence, but mandates courtesy, customer service and punctuality as part of its foundation.
