My garage door springs broke on Palm Sunday evening. Out of 5 so called 24 hour service garage companies, precision were the only ones to answer and knowledge my situation. I didn't have to, but instead of a repair I opted for a new system. The install was quick and Brian my service tech was awesome. Not only did he do a flawless job on the opener, he made sure all of my remotes and my vehicle were programmed. He rehung a sign in my garage and to top it off he grabbed a blower to clear the debris out of the garage. You cannot go wrong with this phone call when you have issues with your garage door.
