Precision Door provided service the very next day and arrived right on time. The technician was Chad and he was very friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He explained the process, reasoning for replacement of parts, and took the time to walk me through trouble areas. He helped me find the solution that worked best for my situation and was honest and trustworthy. He even did his best to work with minimum noise in order to allow our newborn to sleep. I am shocked at how much this cost - now that I got an earful from my son and I did my own research and called other companies. I was completely taken advantage of since I didn't know what this would normally cost. They had installed the door opening mechanisms in 2007. I called late in the day, and they had arranged a service for 8a - 10am next day. Techician quickly found the springs were too old, weak, and had strained one of the belt drives, causing it to break, which had stopped door opening. Very proffesional repair, knew exactly what to do, changed all three springs, the broken belt, and adjusted both doors. All within an hour or so, and carried it out with expertise. Very professional. AAA+

I called Precision late on Saturday, looking for an appointment one day the following week. They gave me an appt the very next day....Sunday! The gal on the phone, Brie, was very sweet. And, the service rep was courteous, kind, and took the time to explain things to me. I'm nearly 80 and know nothing about garage doors. The whole process was much less traumatic than I expected due to Josh's kindness and expertise.

While I spent more than I had planned, they were all items that were worn out. My service Tech was on time, respectful and professional. After alerting me of the issues with my components and giving me the cost. I thought he was gonna say they would obtain the parts and then reschedule to complete the repairs. He then tells me give him and hour and he will have it finished!! He had everything on his vehicle to complete the task. He cleaned up, adjusted the opener and lubed the parts.
