My garage door was having closing issues. Precision was exactly what it needed and after a rebooting and reprogramming it runs great. It’s only 2 years old so I was surprised but the gentleman was a true professional. Thank you!

Great response and a job done right. The tech, Stefan, was knowledgeable and offered various alternatives at varous price points. I did not get other quotes, given it was the weekend, but thought the price reasonable. I would use them again.

It was a pleasure to watch a professional! Arnold was courteous and efficient. Very willing to explain the repairs needed, why, and the pricing of our options. After his departure we discovered a flaw in the operation and he returned immediately to fix it We appreciated the company’s ability to send help as soon as we called.

I was, thankfully, able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Joshua Battle was my technician and not only did an expert job of installing a new opener and springs but also took the time to educate me on garage door maintenance. I would give Precision 10 stars if possible!

While I spent more than I had planned, they were all items that were worn out. My service Tech was on time, respectful and professional. After alerting me of the issues with my components and giving me the cost. I thought he was gonna say they would obtain the parts and then reschedule to complete the repairs. He then tells me give him and hour and he will have it finished!! He had everything on his vehicle to complete the task. He cleaned up, adjusted the opener and lubed the parts. I was very pleased and my door is quieter and functions perfectly. Thank you

Been a customer for 4+ years. Called them out because spring broke. They came out and recommended springs to be replaced and bearings. They did the exact same thing 4 years ago for 640.00. Well this time quoted 1400.00. I paid them 53.00 service fee and Called someone else (Felix with Garage Home Pros 3212000727). I showed him the estimate. He replaced everything with same parts that Precision quoted for 480.00. I will never call/use Precision again. I own 4 businesses and understand different prices with different companies, however over 900.00 difference is insane.

I called Precision based upon reputation and recent tv ads. The original call was to repair the door, however, since we purchased the home garage door had not been serviced. In discussion with the technician, Travis Sanferraro, replacement of the hardware and opener was decided. I appreciate the quick response to repair and the service provided.

I backed out of my garage before the door opened completely & caused a bit of damage. I searched on line for a five star company that could repair the damage. I called this company & was provided an an appointment within four hours. Anastasia arrived & provided a thorough inspection of my garage door. The recommendation was for a technician to come over & fix the damage, same day Anastasia is professional, knowledgeable, patient & made my part completely effortless. I’m thrilled that there is a company that has such amazing customer service.
