Of course! It just happened to be December 24th! (Christmas Eve Day!) I pulled out of my garage to take my wife's car to the car wash and when I pushed the garage door remote the garage door went up and down! Yep! Up and down! Well I checked all the things that I could check! And it still the garage door went up & down! We have used Precision before, so I called them (thinking they would be closed for Christmas Eve) Talked to a receptionist who (to my delight!) told me they would be out between 2 and 6 that day! Received a call from Joshua that he was on his way! He arrived about twenty minutes later! I learned with in minutes Joshua was very professional and knowledgeable about his Company and what my needs were! After a three tier quote I approved a new garage door opener that would work for me! Joshua and the fellow tech completed the installation in less time than I imagined. Again very professional! I have to thank Joshua & Precision again for they fine work & professional attitude! And my thoughts! Joshua is a GREAT asset to Precision! Thank You!

My service tech was Stefan Harris. He arrived on time, he was polite and courteous, did a thorough inspection, told me the problem and explained my options. Stefan adjusted the springs and cables lubricated all parts and reset my garage door opener. Everything is now working the way it should.

Precision came to the rescue! You don't realize the inconvenience of not having a garage door open/close at the touch of the button until it doesn't work. Stefan Harris of Precision arrived first thing in the morning and checked it all out. Considering my opener was from 1993, it was time to come up to date! Stefan changed out everything but the garage door. He worked diligently. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. And very patient in answering all my questions. The repairman was very professional and informed and showed me the items that need to be replaced. Gave me the amounts it would cost to repair it and explained everything to me before doing the work. It was a Saturday night and he got here around 830pm and when he left my door was working again. Hopefully my door will be working for years to come. Have observed many ads for Precision on TV. Experienced problem with garage door on Thanksgiving eve so placed a call to Precision for repair and how quick. When phone call ended repair date, time of service and name of repairman were provided. Serviceman arrived on time, advised door problem and cost to resolve. Work was completed efficiently and professionally. My 11-year old door looks and runs beautifully. Sean Wolf did a super job!!!

I had a technician service my garage door after the hurricane, and he checked the system. Everything checked out he solved the issue by aligning the beams. I was under the impression the service was warranted. The technician said it was a fifty-dollar charge. I reminded him that it was under warranty, if I was mistaken, I'll pay for service rendered.

We greatly appreciate the excellent service from call center to the service technician. We were kept informed of the time that rep would be at our house and a call when he was on his way.
