Precision and their techs have been amazing! They are knowledgeable, professional and kind! We have called for service for user error, sensor replacement under warranty ect. Over the years. The service from calling for appt to call ahead arrival to actually service has been amazing! I will highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door work! I wish remembered all the techs names but they have all been consistently experienced, on time and the best customer service which is hard to find these days

Alex Carmack came to assess the situation of my non working garage door. After a complete examination of the problem it was determined I needed a complete new garage door opener. Alex went over the choices offered to me. I made my choice and he got right to work. He was polite, capable and finished the job in a little over an hour. I am very satisfied with the technician and the end product.

When the spring on my garage door broke, I called Precision. They scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Arnold did a thorough assessment of my springs and other garage door components. He showed me the parts that were wearing out (16 yrs daily use). The wear was easy to see. He explained the parts did not need to be replaced right away, but eventually they would. No high pressure sales. I plan on living here a long time so I went ahead and had all the problems fixed. Everything was none timely and professionally.
