Been a customer for 4+ years. Called them out because spring broke. They came out and recommended springs to be replaced and bearings. They did the exact same thing 4 years ago for 640.00. Well this time quoted 1400.00. I paid them 53.00 service fee and Called someone else (Felix with Garage Home Pros 3212000727). I showed him the estimate. He replaced everything with same parts that Precision quoted for 480.00. I will never call/use Precision again. I own 4 businesses and understand different prices with different companies, however over 900.00 difference is insane.

I called Precision based upon reputation and recent tv ads. The original call was to repair the door, however, since we purchased the home garage door had not been serviced. In discussion with the technician, Travis Sanferraro, replacement of the hardware and opener was decided. I appreciate the quick response to repair and the service provided.

The technician called to ask if it was ok to come early. I said yes. Once he arrived, he did a thorough inspection and provided purchase options. Once I chose the one I wanted he estimated how the work would take. He needed only 1 hour for the complete job. I complimented him on getting done so quickly.
