Great experience with Precision Door. James gave me a call to tell me he was on his way. Once there he was very friendly to chat with. We discussed replacing 2 outdated garage doors openers and then he got to work installing new ones and also repairing one of the damaged doors. He was fast and efficient. I have used Precision once when I first bought my home and the 6-year old door motor was not working. They came and installed new springs on the door and a new mother board in the opener. 13 years later, I had my first problem. I now have a new garage door opener, new "eyes", a new switch and a replacement spine on the door due to prior damage. It is running better than ever! The new opener is so quiet, you won't even hear it inside the house.

Mike was our service tech. We called because our remote wouldn't communicate with our opener. He came out and most of the reason was because our unit is 23 years old. So I asked him how much a new one would be and it was on sale for 1,000.00. So we decided to just install a new one. It works perfectly and it's so quiet. We are so happy with it.

Met with Luke and explained we had a split hinge. Like did a thorough review of all the door components and found an additional slightly split hinges had that may last a bit. He also observed the door rollers were wearing down, so we had them replaced along with and the damaged hinges. Quality workmanship, good conversation. Your company has replaced two garage doors over the years we have lived here. Workmanship has always been top notch.
