Our Technician Luke called 20 min. prior to arriving at our house for an evening appointment. That is very accomodating to me, i didnt have to take time off from work and sit around waiting, as you usually do. He troublshooted the issue, and found the problem right away. He went over a couple of options we could take. He had the replacement part on his van, again very efficient, not having to order parts and come back. We elected to do the repair, and he was done within 30 minutes. He lubed all the moving metal parts and gave me some useful information on preventative maintainance. That to me is very professional because the unit was not purchased from them, or covered by any remaining warranty. We discussed some pricing on new equipment if needed down the road, and paid with my debit card. I would for sure use precision again, and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Had an issue with my motor which was 14 yrs old saw Noah in neighborhood and asked him to stop by when done with current customer. He could have fixed it but I asked why noise and clippings where happening and what is replaced with belt and he changed everything new motor and belt less than 2 hrs and programmed both cars to new code.
