The repairman was very professional and informed and showed me the items that need to be replaced. Gave me the amounts it would cost to repair it and explained everything to me before doing the work. It was a Saturday night and he got here around 830pm and when he left my door was working again. Hopefully my door will be working for years to come. I had a technician service my garage door after the hurricane, and he checked the system. Everything checked out he solved the issue by aligning the beams. I was under the impression the service was warranted. The technician said it was a fifty-dollar charge. I reminded him that it was under warranty, if I was mistaken, I'll pay for service rendered.
