You could not ask for a more knowledgeable, polite, hard working installer than Stephan. He not only was very patient with me, he took the time to explain everything. He took a system that was 20 plus years old and made operate like a new system. Great guy, great company.

I called Precision to repair my garage door that another company messed up. Tech Steven Ott corrected my problem in short order with great professionalism. Steven immediately identified the problem that the previous company made 2 trips to fix and only made it worse. Be careful and stay with the professionals. Thank You Precision Garage Door Service.

During the past eleven years I have used the services of Precision Garage Door Service on two occasions. The first was for preventative maintenance and the second, which was recently, to repair damage. Each time Precision was able to provide same-day service without any additional fee. The technicians were extremely courteous and efficient. In the future I will be using Precision to replace my garage door opener. I have total confidence in this company. I highly recommend Precision.

We recently had Precision install a new garage door opener system. When one of the four remote controls stopped working after a couple of weeks, they came the same day and reprogrammed it at no cost. Their warranty covered it.
