If I could give Jonathan 100 stars I would. Our garage door springs and gear system stopped working today, I called to see if someone could come out and he was out to my house no later than one hour after that. Installed a new motor, gear system and everything. Before, our door was extremely noisy when opening and closing, now it’s so quiet you can’t even hear it. Also, right after he left the cord wasn’t engaged properly (no fault of his AT ALL) and he turned around, came back and fixed it the proper way with a smile on his face. He was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He’s definitely an asset to this company and we hope if we ever need garage door help again, Jonathan is the one to help us.

One of my torsion springs had broken and the door wouldn't open. Nelson came out, a little late, but well within the arranged appointment time frame. He was very interested in making sure I understood the issue, what my options were and the costs. He took care of the problem and replaced some other sub-standard parts in the process. The cost was a little more than I was expecting, but the door has never been quieter than it is now.
