Arrived the same day I called for a repair. Technician Adam Miechle was very knowledgeable and identified a separate issue with my door that he was able to correct that day with all parts "on the truck". Door operates perfectly now and is quieter than ever!.

Needed repair Sunday afternoon, called and phone representative was pleasant and scheduled technician. Technician responded quickly and was able to diagnose the problems with my garage door opener. Nelson called me back made the appointment, he came to the house assesed the problem made some suggestions for the repair. We talked it over agreed on a plan. He was in and out in an hour. We recently had Precision install a new garage door opener system. When one of the four remote controls stopped working after a couple of weeks, they came the same day and reprogrammed it at no cost. Their warranty covered it.

We first contacted the company we usually use for garage related issues however, they had appointments availability for two days. We then contacted Precision. The technician arrived within one hour of calling. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and fixed the problem. Highly recommend.
