I called Precision Door Friday afternoon as my garage door would not close. The office personnel stated someone could come out between four and eight. Within 15 minutes of that call, I received a call from Carlos, stating he was on the way and would be at my home within 15 minutes, and he was. He figured out the problem very quickly and my problem was solved. Great customer service! He was very professional, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable,.

Adam came and assisted after I accidentally back into the garage door. He assured me that this wasn’t the first time and he assessed the damage. He gave me a quote and he was so kind, understanding and played with my three kids and dog while I spoke with my husband in regards to payment. Hopefully I will never have to need to hit garage repair again, but if I do, I won’t be hesitating on calling for Adam.

The technician, Chris was amazing. He worked diligently for five hours and effectively completed a variety of installation and repair tasks. He was extremely knowledgeable and skilled as well as being professional and friendly. I would gladly have him return if I ever needed additional garage door repairs. My electric garage door only would go down halfway . I called Precision and they had someone out today it just started doing this today. Jackson was my tech and he was awesome. He explained everything to me and he fixed it and answered all my questions. I highly recommend them. also thanks for the gal that scheduled me in so quickly she is great at her job. Thanks again !!

My electric garage door would only go down halfway. I called Precision and the young lady that took my call was so helpful she got me scheduled in today That already qualified for 5 stars. Jackson the tech called me to tell me he was on the way . Jackson arrived on time and took a look and explained what was wrong and then he fixed it! There is another 5 stars... I would highly recommend Precision and Jackson..He answered all my questions and had it up and running in about an hour. Thank you so much!
