I CHOSE PRECISION BECAUSE FAMILY MEMBERS HAD USED THEM FOR MANY YEARS OF SERVICE. THE PERSONNEL THAT CAME OUT NAMED ROBERT WAS VERY FRIENDLY, AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS ABOUT. Saw the ad in a magazine. Called and scheduled an appointment for repair. Repairman was here within the window of time. Repairman assessed the damage. Gave three different quotes and what they entailed. We chose the middle one. He had all the parts and went about repairing the door. We had to replace quite a few parts that were missing from when the door broke and fell. Was completed within a couple of hours. Garage door works and sounds like a brand new system. He also showed us how do the maintenance on the door so it will continue to work properly. Very pleased with the workmanship, repairman, and price. Thank you. Would highly recommend this company.
